Please order at least 2-4 weeks in advance to avoid shipping delays and rush fees. Every item is custom and handmade, which will take different amounts of time to produce. Party Favors are printed, assembled, and packaged in special ways. This is a tedious process rush fees will possibly be applied if not ordered 3 weeks before your due date. *WE ARE EXPERIENCING HIGH VOLUMES OF ORDERS* so turnaround times may take longer than usual. We will keep you updated through email from processing to production and then shipping. The average turnaround time is 1-7 days. This does NOT include special sizing options or high-demand items. Busy seasons for us include graduation (April - June) and Summer months (May-September). Please try to avoid last minute ordering as these orders could possibly take longer than usual times to be processed due to production load. Business hours are Tuesday - Saturday 5 PM - 11:30 PM.

Rush fees range from $20-$75 depending on the product and same-day services as long as supplies are available. Same-day services must be purchased before 9 AM to be applied.

ALL PROOFS ARE SENT VIA EMAIL. You have 24-48 hours to approve or decline the proofs, or we will proceed with the order. Slow response times cause production delays.

If you choose to pay with payment plans (AfterPay), your process will start after your first payment is received and processed, which could take 3-5 business days! If you are selecting Afterpay as a payment option please disregard time frames for any product as we DO NOT START until it has been cleared through both banks and go through ALL the proper protocols.

We ask that you fill out everything in its entirety. Try to leave nothing blank as this creates problems within production.

We are not responsible for proofreading or editing grammar on any product you submit. When proofing designs, please be sure to correct all grammatical errors and check your spelling.

Unfortunately, once we ship out the product, it is no longer under our control, and there isn't much we can do to fix delays. We can accommodate you with what is currently available within our products and our current demand. All packages come with insurance on my behalf, if any mishaps happen. After 30 days, you will receive a full refund for your original order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be given to anyone if we are not at fault. This includes shipping delays and incorrect information provided on your behalf. By completing your order and submitting payments (Afterpay, Klarna, Zelle, or Cashapp), you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions.
