We are not responsible for any mishaps with incorrect addresses, wrong names, etc. Once we have shipped off your package we are no longer responsible for it. If anything happens please contact your carrier and open a claim to discover the problem. We are also not responsible for its timely delivery. Weather, human error, natural disasters are things that we can not control and may cause delays. Please keep this in mind when ordering and apply rush fees when needed.
