We design, print and ship. Picture quality is buyer's responsibility. Please upload unedited photos only. BACKDROP STANDS ARE NOT INCLUDED.

Pole Pockets are for backdrop stands.

Grommets are used for command hooks or strings.

Step and Repeat are most popular for Logo/Business Backdrops.

Retractable banners and X banners all include carrying cases and stands.

Tracking Numbers will be provided. Please book accordingly to avoid rush fees. Once tracking Numbers have been sent out we are no longer responsible for any shipping delays or carrier mishaps if there are any.

Processing time is 7-14 days. If you need it sooner please add the appropriate rush fees.

A proof will be sent to the buyer before submission. Each additional revisions after 2 will be a $5 charge.

Shipping is based on the weight of each item so shipping prices will vary. We ask that you place your order at least 2 weeks in advance to avoid rush fees. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Store credit only upon approval.

AfterPay has additional processing due to it being a third party payment. Please allow an extra 3-5 business days for processing.
